CO-OPP's 2024 Volunteer of the Year

The Central Ohio Organization of Public Purchasers is pleased to announce Whitney Tchoula as the recipient of the 2024 CO-OPP Volunteer of the Year award.  Whitney is a Senior Buyer with the Montgomery County Job and Family Services.

Whitney joined CO-OPP in the fall of 2022, and quickly volunteered as a member for the Website Committee. A year later, due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances Whitney was asked to take the Website Administrator position, and she accepted this role without hesitation.  She volunteers on various committees providing the needed assistance for achieving the end goals for successful outcomes. Whitney is also a member of the Program Committee.

Whitney exemplifies the definition of a volunteer. Always willing to step up, assist, and follow-through to a successful end.
