During the September 17, 2024, General Membership Meeting enhancements and changes were approved by the CO-OPP members via amendments to the chapter Bylaws.

Bylaws serve as our chapter’s operating manual for the Board of Trustees. The Bylaws are used to guide the decision-making processes, including conducting meetings,
managing board business, holding votes, as well as how board members and officers are elected and their service conditions.
