The Central Volunteers serve as the heartbeat of any organization, infusing it with enthusiasm, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to progress. The idea of volunteering with your busy schedule may seem an impossible task. However, volunteering is important for many reasons, and it doesn't always take a large amount of your time. Volunteering for an organization provides multiple benefits, physical and mental, for the volunteer. volunteering offers a wide array of personal, social, and professional benefits.

Chairperson Role
Chairpersons are mentors and motivators who guide committees forward, supporting CO-OPP's mission and vision. Chairing a committee is a unique volunteer opportunity. It's a chance to gain hands-on experience in leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration. As chair, you will:
- Set meeting agendas and facilitate productive discussions
- Guide your committee to set and meet clear goals
- Mentor committee members helping them grow their skills and confidence
